"Melinda Elmer and her team were so helpful and communicative. Melinda was our realtor for both the purchase of our home in 2014, and the sale of it in 2022. We were living out of state due to a job relocation when we decided to sell our home in Long Beach. Having someone that understood the market in the area as it was rapidly changing with rising interest rates provided great comfort. Also having a team that could get everything handled with out us being there, from staging, repairs, to hauling off items left behind in our storage shed made an often stressful time about as stress free as possible. We would definitely recommend Melinda Elmer to anyone we know, and we would without a doubt use her a third time if we are to move back the area in the future."

Yes you cann with Penny McCann! She is a rock star, a pleasure to work with, and a true professional! My wife and I had been trying to buy a house in this crazy market for nearly a year with another agent. After almost giving up, we met Penny at an open house one day and immediately knew she was above the rest. Within about a month of working with her, an offer we made was finally accepted! We call her our lucky Penny. We are so grateful and beyond thankful. After years of waiting, we've finally moved into our dream home. Thank you Penny!
