Penny was our realtor for both the sale of a home and purchase of a replacement home. We met her at an open house in 2019 when we were just starting to think about selling and moving. She stayed in touch and when were were ready to sell in 2020, we decided we wanted to work with her. Selling and buying at the same time was a very stressful process, especially in the middle of the pandemic. After making some home improvements that Penny recommended, our home sold very quickly and for well above list price, but finding a replacement was a challenge because it was a sellers’ market with high demand and low inventory.
