I have been trying to purchase a house for 2 years with other realtors and they have failed me. Within 2-3 months of working with stacy I got keys to my first property. Stacy is the best 👌

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience with our Stacy while buying our first home in Santa Monica! As first-time homebuyers, the process felt daunting, but she guided us every step of the way with incredible patience and expertise. She was tireless in touring countless houses with us, always understanding our evolving needs and preferences. We truly appreciated her dedication as she diligently put in multiple offers until we finally secured our dream home. We started looking in Culver City and her deep knowledge of the Culver City neighborhood was evident, and her strategic advice was invaluable. She knew every street, school, and countless people in the neighborhood. We ended up buying in Santa Monica when a unique opportunity popped up, and Stacy was so incredibly helpful through the whole process just the same. What truly set her apart was her efficiency and network. Once our offer was accepted, she moved with remarkable speed. She had an extensive list of trusted contacts for every inspection imaginable, making the due diligence phase seamless and stress-free. This eliminated so much guesswork and allowed us to proceed with confidence. She truly made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and even exciting. We couldn't recommend her more highly to anyone looking to buy or sell in Santa Monica. She's a true professional and a joy to work with!

Stacy Blair Young is an amazing realtor who's years of experience is evident from the moment she agrees to work with you. What we thought would be an easy transaction, turned ugly very quickly but Stacy gave us great advice and fought hard for what was right. Even when the advise is NOT what we were hoping to hear. She worked un-Godly hours, protected our interests and even took/placed calls while on vacation in Europe as the buyer got more manic by the minute. During the process, we only aware of some of the craziness as she did her level best to protect us from unnecessary stress. Stacy is not only the best realtor I've dealt with (I've used 4 over the years) but she is a lovely and caring person. She also sings in a FANTASTIC local choir Angel City Chorale which bring so much joy to others. I highly recommend Stacy Blair Young for all your real estate needs.
