Anna is an amazing realtor and an amazing person. She was able to help us sell for a great price under a very very very tight timeline. She responded to all questions promptly and was an obvious expert in her profession. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a realtor.

We had a wonderful experience working with Anna. Buying a home is such a stressful process, but she was professional, enthusiastic, and supportive from start to finish. One of the things we appreciated most was how much she handled behind the scenes. She stayed on top of all the details so we could really focus on finding the home we loved. She also never made us feel pressured to buy a certain home. She was always willing to show us as many houses as we wanted, and it was clear that she genuinely wanted us to be happy with our final decision. We had many long phone conversations, sometimes late at night, and she was always willing to speak with us until all of our questions were answered. We never felt rushed, and she was consistently patient and generous with her time. She was also extremely knowledgeable when it came to the paperwork. She explained contingencies, timelines, and every step of the process in depth, and she answered all of our questions thoroughly. Because of that, we always felt informed and confident that we were in good hands. We’re so grateful for her help and guidance throughout the process. She truly went the extra mile for us, and we would absolutely work with her again.

From the very beginning, working with Anna Nixt felt like we were in the best hands possible. We initially set out to find a real estate agent to help us buy our first home—but what we actually found was a true partner, guide, and friend for life. We knew very little about home buying, and Anna was the gold standard in every sense. She went above and beyond, guiding us through each step of the process with care, patience, and incredible attention to detail. From the first showing to the final closing, she treated us like family and ensured that every decision we made was well-informed and comfortable. Home inspection day was a perfect example of her dedication—she came fully prepared, brought in the right people to support us, and walked us through everything so we understood exactly what was happening. When unexpected hurdles came up with the seller’s agent (who was not easy to deal with), she handled it all with remarkable professionalism, grace, and persistence, protecting our interests every step of the way. Her communication during escrow was seamless—always proactive, transparent, and reassuring. Even after the close of escrow, Anna continued to check in and make sure everything was smooth and we had no issues. We are beyond happy with our purchase and the entire experience. Thanks to Anna, what could have been a stressful process turned into one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives. She didn’t just help us buy a house—she helped us find a home. If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, caring, and truly goes the extra mile, look no further than Anna Nixt. She’s simply the best.
