When we found the right property, Swarna was immediately on top of the paperwork expediting the process of getting in an offer we were comfortable with while enlightening us on all the important aspects. She displayed extreem proficiency in her trade once the offer was submitted by negotiating with the seller's agent to accept an offer below list pice, coordinating seamlessly with our lenders, escrow etc. all while providing us with regular updates and guidance with each document we were required to complete. All in all, Swarna ensured our homebuying journey was smooth, worry free and joyfully!
