Lucy Spencer is exceptionally experienced and efficient! She could sell even the most challenging property (like ours) with ease! After several other agents gave us the run around and told us our property was "too challenging" because of an uncooperative tenant and complicated work needed on the property, we hired an agent at a big agency who dragged his feet and gave us the run around for months, saying he was "talking to developers" or "checking with their legal department" and ended up wasting almost a year of our time!
