I would like to start this review by saying that it was an absolute pleasure working with Swarna on purchasing our first home. Swarna came highly recommended from a close friend but given she was based out of LA while we were in San Diego we were quite apprehensive being first time homebuyers to work with this setup. But right from the first call we had with Swarna she assured us that she would be there for us at every step of this journey and she did indeed keep up her word. Swarna encouraged us to get a feel for the market but only really dive in when we were absolutely ready. Once ready, she guided us through the process meticulously from discussing pitfalls and neighborhood details to current market conditions etc. As promised she also made it down to San Diego for property showings. When we found the right property, Swarna was immediately on top of the paperwork expediting the process of getting in an offer we were comfortable with while enlightening us on all the important aspects. She displayed extreem proficiency in her trade once the offer was submitted by negotiating with the seller's agent to accept an offer below list pice, coordinating seamlessly with our lenders, escrow etc. all while providing us with regular updates and guidance with each document we were required to complete. All in all, Swarna ensured our homebuying journey was smooth, worry free and joyfully!

Mr. Kavanaugh was highly knowledgeable, always easy to reach, and kept us updated on the every step of our home's sale. We were extremely satisfied with Mr. Kavanaugh's professionalism and would work with him again in a heartbeat!
