And though they clearly have the experience and research to back up their assertions, they still listened to us earnestly and compassionately. That doesn't mean they told us only what we wanted to hear! No sir, Brian will dish out the real along with the rosy, and I really appreciate that. He mentioned we really could benefit from some renovations, and though I didn't want to hear it, he made his case, and good thing he did. It made a difference, and moreover his team pretty much managed the entire process for us anyway. And that is kind of a consistent theme with Brian's team -- they go above and beyond.
