Brian and his team are wonderful to work with. First, let's say the obvious part: these guys are condo experts. They get the market -- the good, bad and ugly -- better than anyone. And though they clearly have the experience and research to back up their assertions, they still listened to us earnestly and compassionately. That doesn't mean they told us only what we wanted to hear! No sir, Brian will dish out the real along with the rosy, and I really appreciate that. He mentioned we really could benefit from some renovations, and though I didn't want to hear it, he made his case, and good thing he did. It made a difference, and moreover his team pretty much managed the entire process for us anyway. And that is kind of a consistent theme with Brian's team -- they go above and beyond. Just the amount of time alone they put into a sale, from showings, to negotiations, to paperwork, to renovations, to cleanings, to stagings ... it's impressive. 10 out of 10 would recommend Brian Maser and the Condo Experts.

Brian Maser and his team at The Condo Experts are a well-oiled machine -- they managed every aspect of the selling process from the minute the sales contract was signed right on through to close of escrow. We initially had some concerns putting the condo on the market (upcoming assessment for building repairs, building being a typical older Santa Monica structure) -- not a problem for Brian and his team. They suggested some minor additional renovations (unit had been mostly renovated with a few exceptions), provided and managed the contractor's services, took care of the staging -- soup to nuts. Got us an over-asking offer after a little over a week on the market -- done! I highly recommend The Condo Experts for a smooth, successful and financially rewarding sales process.
