Rachelle Tan

Rachelle has executed her job very well from start to completion. I was well informed from the time she listed the house up to the time the money was wired to our financial institution. Responded promptly on whatever questions I had regardless of the time. Was calm and patient. Negotiated very well with the buyer on needed items. In addition she coordinated the cleaning of my garage and suggested improvements. Overall I was very satisfied!
