Steven was very knowledgeable and responsive to every question and provided insight to the process and the homes encountered. During negotiations Steven was up front about what was good and not so good about each home. Also was wanting things to be right and never lead one to remotely think he was putting a commission above the interests of his clients. We were buyers and if he has a property listed I would think he would have the same effort as a listing agent for his client. Steven is very personable with us and know he can look out for our best interest in dealing with the seller and their agent.

What a great experience! I started talking with Steven over a year before we even moved to Georgia and he was always super helpful, easy to talk to and available with any questions we had. So when we finally were ready to start looking to buy he was ready and provided everything without skipping a beat. Needless to say we found a house in a couple weeks!! Very up front with us, very helpful throughout start to finish which made the whole process very smooth. So thankful to have found such a great realtor!
