I can’t say enough wonderful things about my REALTOR! She’s not only a friend, but we also run in a lot of the same social circles and have so much in common. Most importantly, I trust her immensely — and she absolutely knocked it out of the park for me. When it came time to sell my home, she worked her magic. From staging to pricing to all the little details in between, she knew exactly what needed to be done to make my home look its best and get it SOLD! Then came the fun part… finding me a house. 😂 Apparently, I don’t believe in shopping for homes that are actually ON the market. I somehow kept finding houses that weren’t listed yet, which meant she had to navigate a home-buying adventure that was anything but conventional. And, in true small-town fashion, the house we ultimately bought wasn’t on the market either — it belonged to an old flooring customer of mine! 😂 Because apparently scrolling through normal real estate listings would have just been way too easy. Through every weird twist, off-market house, question, and curveball, she rolled right along with me and figured out how to make it happen. It’s one thing to work with someone you already know and trust personally, but it’s another to come out of the experience even more impressed with them professionally. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone buying or selling a home — especially if you’re like me and somehow manage to make the process a little more “interesting” than it needs to be! 😂 She truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful she was the one beside me through all of it!

We worked with Kailee and she was very knowledgeable of the current market and helped us to set clear expectations around sale price, length of time to expect to be on the market, and feedback from viewings. Kailee particularly excelled in staging our home and working with the photographer.

Rebecca was very responsive. She answered my call or text almost immediately or responded very shortly after. Very passionate about her job and her clients. She cared to listen more than most people. Very funny, kinda sarcastic in a non chalet way, but it’s all in good fun. A personality that would definitely resonate with most active service or prior service members. She was down to earth and very realistic with expectations. I never felt like she didn’t have time to talk or meet and when we did meet it was as if I were her only client. I can not express how available she was. I would totally recommend.

I initially contacted Tripp from a property search on-line. This turned out great for us! We did not know much about Savannah but we did have a pretty good idea of what we were looking for in a home and a community. Tripp is a great listener and doesn’t waste your time on properties you wouldn’t be interested in. He is knowledgable, clearly loves his community, is indefatigable, makes friends of his clients and is always looking for ways to improve the buyers’/clients’ experience.
