Steven was very knowledgeable and responsive to every question and provided insight to the process and the homes encountered. During negotiations Steven was up front about what was good and not so good about each home. Also was wanting things to be right and never lead one to remotely think he was putting a commission above the interests of his clients. We were buyers and if he has a property listed I would think he would have the same effort as a listing agent for his client. Steven is very personable with us and know he can look out for our best interest in dealing with the seller and their agent.
