We chose Nancy Anzalone when selling our home because of her years of living and working in Dania Beach, and couldn't have been happier with the choice. Nancy and her daughter/assistant, Laura Lombardo, paid attention to every detail and were a pleasure to work with. She picked up every phone call, and never acted too busy to answer another question. The phrase "going the extra mile" was never more true. Nancy worked with us in coordinating our purchase in another state, and we were amazingly able to close on our sale and purchase one day apart. She knew someone to help us with a repair and someone else to help load our truck. On the day we left Nancy and her husband were there helping us clear out a few remaining items. We'll always remember Nancy and be grateful for all her great service.

All that you would want and expect from a first class realtor. The fact is without the guidance of Tia Robinson I would not be in the place that I purchased. She guided me every step of the way in the purchase of this property. From helping me to get it financed. through all the insurances that I would need. From inspection people to the home owners association process. When it comes to real estate she knows it all. I consider her expert at it. I am a first time buyer. I considers myself fortunate and blessed to have had her as my realtor very blessed. Without question in my opinion she’s a wonderful person to work with. I enjoy working with her very much. If I have it my way she will be the only realtor I would ever work with. She has my business for life for life. I highly recommend Tia Robinson for anyone who’s in the market for a realtor. I assure you, you Will not regret having her as your realtor.
