Sue sold my condo within two weeks of listing and closing was set for 30 days after. I did not think that would be enough time to purchase a new home. However, Sue did a enormous amount of research and we looked at many condos. I "settled" for one, but Sue knew I was not overly happy and suggested renting alternatives so I would not feel rushed. Sue then sent me a listing that I had passed on - do not judge a book by its cover - and with some coaxing we saw it and I fell for it. AND...Sue presented an offer that surprised even me, and not only did I get a home that I LOVE, I got it for a fantastic price. Grateful is an understatement.
