Meiling has excellent communication skills, and one can really tell that she is passionate about her profession. She is very kind, friendly and professional when dealing with both sellers and buyers. She took time to really educate me, her client, about the whole process of selling my home. She supported me throughout the step by step process. She also has a great sense of humor, which comes in handy when dealing with all kinds of people. I feel very fortunate to have had her as my real estate agent.

Linda is a Wonderful professional and a Great person! She's very knowledgeable in her market and was very helpful with tips about local "ins and outs". She worked with us every step of the way, often in the evening and on weekends/holidays. She even drove us to see some properties when we didn't have a car available. She's very meticulous and makes sure that every little detail is taken care of. She dug up an "irregularity" about one property and warned us of potentially very serious problem. Linda even took it upon herself to unravel a particularly pesky paper problem with the city that wasn't even her responsibility, which sped up closing by several weeks! Linda was always prompt with all communications. And since we were buying from "out of state" she was our representative on the ground until closing. In the end she helped us purchase the apartment that was right for us, and for a reasonable price. I'd recommend Linda to all my friends.

I am pleased with how the process went. This property involved a bank REO. Dealing with the bank and HOA association is complicated. April stayed on top of the progress and kept me informed. A lot of little details involved that she handled for me. Overall I was pleased with the way the transaction went I would use her again!!
