She listens and is literally available 24/7 to help with any questions or concerns. Though I know Heliana professionally I have come to count her amongst my dearest friends. She guides you through the buying process and it doesn't end at the sale. She remains the genuine person she is: helpful and on numerous occasions helped me to find painters, handyman, recommends local things going on etc. There are many realtors available in southern Florida. I realize I am one voice in the wilderness but I would have to say if you are a buyer or seller Heliana is THE realtor to seek out.
