So this was pure luck... the agent I contacted was going on vacation and she referred me to Heloisa. We were not the typical case of a couple shopping for a house. We were stressed in time, we came to Florida for 2.5 weeks and we had one mission to accomplish- to buy our dream home, and 2.5 weeks is literally, no time! It felt like Heloisa gave us every second of every day to succeed in this mission. She was responsive and arranged a viewing within hours, or the next day. We had many questions and sometimes just needed to hear what she thought of the house we looked at. We got pure honesty. When she did not like something, she told us. She was not there for the commission, she cared that we buy the house that would make us happy!! She was our guardian angel from beginning to end. I slept well at night because I knew she would take good care of us. Everything was done in such a pleasant way... In her way. Buying a house is stressful. Buying a house in the 2.5 weeks time frame is triple the stress. With Heloisa- the process was less stressful.

I have met many great realtors during my many years of buying and selling properties, but I have to say that Dorina by far exceeded my expectations. On several occasions, when I've needed a realtor, she represented me very successfully on both rentals and sale of properties. She has a great personality, and not only does her work with the utmost professionalism, but she also goes far and beyond to fulfill the needs of her clients, even when it does not fall under her official responsibilities. She always answers her phone, and is constantly communicating. She is always making sure that projects get done even if she has to do them herself or work late extra hours. I highly recommend her to represent your best interests.
