So this was pure luck... the agent I contacted was going on vacation and she referred me to Heloisa. We were not the typical case of a couple shopping for a house. We were stressed in time, we came to Florida for 2.5 weeks and we had one mission to accomplish- to buy our dream home, and 2.5 weeks is literally, no time! It felt like Heloisa gave us every second of every day to succeed in this mission. She was responsive and arranged a viewing within hours, or the next day. We had many questions and sometimes just needed to hear what she thought of the house we looked at. We got pure honesty. When she did not like something, she told us. I slept well at night because I knew she would take good care of us. Everything was done in such a pleasant way... In her way. Buying a house is stressful. Buying a house in the 2.5 weeks time frame is triple the stress. With Heloisa- the process was less stressful.
