I am still in shock at how much money we got for our home and how smooth the process was thanks to Stephanie and Herika's expertise. They were very responsive, produced outstanding marketing materials and made us feel like we were their only clients even though they have many. We had six offers on the first day of showings and when the first two offers fell through due to unforeseen circumstances, they had deals already lined up before even calling us about it. Erica is the best of the best. As a 70 yo I have purchaased and sold more than a dozen homes. From all the real estate agents that I have dealt with Erica is the finest, second to none. Without her hold my hand and dealing with some major problems, I wouldn't have sold my home. I needed a shoulder to cry on and it was hers! I sold my beautiful home and now have one nicer, all beach of Erica. FYI--in she has a beautiful family and somehow finds time to do vounteer work. She should be called saint Erica
