After interviewing two other agents who were recommended by people I know, I selected Mildred--they were good, but she was better. She is professional in all senses: prompt, pleasant, polite, organized, hard-working, well-informed about the local market, excellent at explaining what would happen in the showing and sales process (I am a lifelong renter who had to deal with an inherited condo from a relative and pleasing multiple beneficiaries). She's also a delightful person. She gets my highest recommendation!
