We recently had the pleasure of working with Sunny Richardson to sell our condo we had for 18 years. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Sunny was friendly and professional. She was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure we always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Sunny came through with her commitment to excellence. She constantly marketed our home to reach as many buyers as possible. Her negotiation skills were first-rate – she found ways to get us the best deal possible. Throughout our journey, Sunny helped guide us through obstacles that arose and made sure we were all on the same page. She is a wonderful, energetic, enthusiastic realtor who always has your back. We are honored to give her an Excellent Review!!
