1445 Moss Rock Place Boulder
I recently sold a property in Boulder and used the services of David Scott. The property was priced towards the higher end of the value scale and my sale expectations was always kept realistic, it being explained that the inventory level at such value (at the relevant time) was unusually high. I do not live locally and David did an excellent job helping me prepare the property (staging, landscaping, and important details like touch-up painting etc), ensuring that the property "showed" at its best. While the property was on the market for quite a long time, I understood why due to excellent communication. I never lost confidence due to the excellent relationship we have created. Notwithstanding testing market conditions, David ensured high exposure for the property and viewings were regular. I have worked with David before so I knew that he is extremely well versed in the state of the local market and David was reassuring that the property was priced at exactly the right price point at all times. I felt the one adjustment to price point that we eventually made was thoughtfully and expertly timed. David and I were in regular contact throughout and this was important to me, especially not living locally. I have used David four times now (two purchases and two sales) and I would not consider using another agent in the area. Why would I having had such good experiences? David is an "old school" professional, competent and efficient and gives his time generously, always going the extra mile. David not only knows the local market intimately, he also knows so many associated third-party service providers and professionals etc. who you need to assist. Many things can crop up in the course of a real estate purchase or sale, but (having worked with David over many years) I do not believe that there would be anything that arises which he could not find an answer to. In all, I would rate David as an exceptional agent, a consummate professional and recommend him highly.

I started with Karrie almost three years before we actually ended up finding a house to buy. I went through so many life changes and things were complicated, but Karrie was able to make the home finding, and buying, process so painless. Honestly, I don't think I could have worked with a more knowledgeable and professional, and supportive, real estate agent than Karrie. Absolutely the best.

Claire was incredibly helpful throughout the process of buying our first home. She patiently explained every part of the process and answered our many questions along the way. Her experience in the industry in Boulder was great, as she had recommendations for companies to work with from lenders to contractors. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.

600 Rock Lake Road Bark Ranch
We got hooked up with Roger & Susan via Zillow. We had no idea who they were or how our inquiry was routed to them. From the beginning Roger displayed professionalism & courtesy and was very patient with us. We have been city dwellers all of our lives and don't know much about the pitfalls of owning properties in the mountains of Colorado. The purchase was very complex & the Kelley's helped us tremendously in navigating resolutions to several items: - There are 2 parcels of land, 1 which has the cabin & 1 in between the cabin & the road. Roger made sure we would have an easement to always have access to the cabin since we didn't want the other parcel. - The 5 acre property also has a garage & a small out-building which was built on the wrong side of the property line. Again, Roger made sure there was an easement so we wouldn't have to move it - The cabin is almost 50 years old and is quite weathered. Roger brought in several inspectors to look at the property, well, chimney and checked on the septic system also. When the roof showed hail damage Roger got a roofer to give us a second opinion and a quote to replace the 4 year old roof. In the end we got a new roof! Roger was a fierce negotiator with the sellers & their agent, who were less than thrilled to replace a fairly new roof. The inspection revealed 39 other deficiencies & Roger negotiated a reduction in the agreed upon price. The selling agent appeared to be somewhat new to the business so Roger actually mentored him to make him understand that losing our offer would severely impact their ability to eventually find a buyer. Having recently purchased a Denver home & see the realtor make a ton of money for 3 days of work, we were constantly apologizing to Roger for how much effort he was expending on a much cheaper sale! He expressed gratitude all the way through for having the opportunity to work with us. We highly recommend the Kelley team!!!!
