Randy has been my realtor of choice as both a buyers agent and a sellers agent. He is responsive, organized, and always goes above and beyond. On my latest sale we had a small issue with a door being left open and a bird getting in and making a mess. He had his cleaning crew there the next day to make sure it was cleaned up before closing. Saying that Randy is a great realtor would be damning with faint praise. That is simply one aspect for he is also a theologian, philosopher, marvelous temple rubber, and has the ability to talk sellers like ourselves out of leaping from tall buildings. But Randy is, again, a great realtor. He made the otherwise irritating task of selling a home a smooth process. This can only be achieved via a depth of experience and intimate knowledge of the complicated process and the local market intricacies. We were extremely fortunate to have him in our corner.

As a complete newbie to the property selling process, Chris was the perfect agent for me. Not only did he answer every question I had clearly and in a way that I could understand (no jargon, yet not talking to me like I'm ignorant), he also answered a whole host of questions that would have never crossed my mind.
