We worked with Annie to sell our home in San Antonio, and were so pleased with our decision to do so over and over throughout the process. From our initial meeting when we were considering selling, we felt a connection with Annie, and appreciated the time she spent with us to evaluate our home, discuss current market conditions, and her recommendations for our home. At no time in that meeting did we feel pressured, and felt that her feedback was valuable, she was genuine, and her strategy and approach respected our investment. When we decided to move forward several months later, Annie was quick to re-engage and update us on any market changes and develop a plan appropriate for the conditions. While our house was on the market, communication was regular and prompt, and Annie was always available to answer any questions. In our absence, Annie regularly checked on our house and gave us peace of mind as we were at that point living across the country; she really went above and beyond, though it sounded like we didn’t get special treatment - that’s just what she does for her clients. We felt supported throughout, and trusted her knowledge and advice throughout negotiations, and always felt confident that Annie was advocating on our behalf. My partner and I regularly commented to one another how happy and thankful we were to work with Annie. We can’t say enough good things! We would not hesitate to work with Annie again in the future, and would highly recommend her to others.

Super helpful and attentive. I was only in town for four days to scout out houses and he made me a priority. We probably scouted 30 different houses all over San Antonio and he was at every single one of them. His energy and rapid responsiveness made my experience smooth, especially since I was living in Japan and there was a 14 hour time difference. No matter the time or day Christ was able to respond to any concerns I had and helped me get going in the right direction. If you want a real estate agent who understands Veterans and their unique buying position then Chris Beal is your guy. If you want an agent who is responsive, attentive, and knows the ins and outs of San Antonio then Chris is your guy. 10/10 would recommend

Chris was very helpful in finding our new home. We were purchasing for an out-of-state move, and Chris did a great job making the distance a small factor. We knew what we wanted and had a short window to see homes in person and Chris set aside all the time we needed to see every home. He was helpful in answering all of our questions along the way. Annie helped us buy our first home and what we thought would be a long process to find our perfect home only took 2 weeks! She is super responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and will answer any and all questions you ask honestly! She explained the home buying process to us with patience and ease and made a rather daunting process fun and easy. Buying our first home is the biggest purchase/decision my husband and I have made in our lives so far and I’m so thankful to have had Annie in our corner.
