Annie helped us buy our first home and what we thought would be a long process to find our perfect home only took 2 weeks! She is super responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and will answer any and all questions you ask honestly! She explained the home buying process to us with patience and ease and made a rather daunting process fun and easy. Buying our first home is the biggest purchase/decision my husband and I have made in our lives so far and I’m so thankful to have had Annie in our corner. We plan on keeping her and her family as our team for any future home purchases and we want to thank the Marshall team for helping find us our dream home.

As we discussed on how to sell the house, she provided more information on the market, the neighborhood, the builder (who was my competition for selling) and what I need to do get the house sold. I never received a lot of that information from my last realtor. Her knowledge to the market is outstanding. She communicated weekly on the house views with all the systems, had open houses, and always received feedback for me on the showings. She was able to sell my house in 90 days. So thankful and would recommend Annie to anyone that needs to sell your house!!!
