Cinthia went above and beyond. Her communication and reassurance throughout the entire home buying process was such a relief. She answered so many of my questions “dumb” questions without making me feel dumb. When I say she genuinely cares about her clients I mean it! I along with my family are so appreciative of her. Brock recently helped us in purchasing our first home. We were new to the area and Brock was so patient in doing virtual tours, sending a wide variety of home until we narrowed down exactly what we were looking for. Brock is very knowledgeable in the Texas market. When we came to town he scheduled as many showings as possible and had everything well planned out. When we found our perfect home he diligently worked to make the escrow process smooth and communicated everything thoroughly. I think one of my favorite qualities he has is his ability to remain professional but also very approachable, this helped the process when working with the other agents for scheduling and through our escrow process.

Valerie was our listing agent and she did an excellent job dealing with the most difficult buyers. As much as I just wanted to terminate Valerie stayed positive and gave us recommendations which helped us stay in it.
