We signed a contract with Ms Christie on April 25, 2025. She worked diligently to put our house on the market. Checking on the house even in the bad storms we were having. She answered every question we had and stayed in contact with us almost daily. We closed on July 2, 2025. Fast turn around and esp for us! 68 days from signing a contract with Christie Griffin till money was in the bank!!! Fantastic turnaround!!
