Jim and his team helped us tremendously. We had a bit of an odd situation with my parents moving and us selling their house. Jim came through every time and was extremely helpful with all aspects of helping and assisting with the process.

Previous realtors always provided hard copies of the contracts and info on the property we were buying. Jim was suppose to get info from the sellers on septic maintenance, well info and we did not receive any keys or keypad info.

Jim helped us locate and purchase a home while living out of state in Hawaii , he also arranged for an A/C tech to come and check the system for us to answer some questions

Jim couldn't have made this a better home buying experience. He was prompt and always available, just a text or phone call away. He went above and beyond on everything we or the lender needed. Even going out on more than one occasion during a winter storm to make sure we closed on time. Lexi was also incredible. Even the lender remarked to me how prompt she was with any questions we had or requests for documents. Both Jim and Lexi made it a smooth process and they'll be our first call for any real estate business we have in the future. We will also recommend them to our friends and family.
