Jim and his team helped us tremendously. We had a bit of an odd situation with my parents moving and us selling their house. Jim came through every time and was extremely helpful with all aspects of helping and assisting with the process.

Previous realtors always provided hard copies of the contracts and info on the property we were buying. Jim was suppose to get info from the sellers on septic maintenance, well info and we did not receive any keys or keypad info.

He listened to us as we toured the first few homes. He then came back to us with several properties that were spot on for us. He was very personable and friendly with us. While I felt like we didn't look at enough properties, in essence, he showed us what we wanted very quickly. He advocated for us during negotiations and we got almost everything we wanted.
