Jared did a good job working with me as I sold my house. We had a highly unique selling situation, and Jared handled everything professionally. I got what I wanted to get for the house, and everything went smoothly. There were a couple small paperwork mistakes along the way because Jared is new, but he had help from the organization that he works with, and everything got corrected very quickly. On closing day, there were no big problems. There were a couple small surprises, such as the price & requirement of title insurance, and the max amount of seller credits, but again, these were not show-stoppers, so I feel that everything went smoothly. I would happily work with Jared again.

Analisa is 1 in a million, the thought of going the home buying process without her expertise and knowledge is unthinkable, whenever I had questions she was there with an answer and if she didn’t have an answer right away she made it her mission to get that answer, she worked with me every step of the way and we had amazing discussions about what I was looking for in a home and even showed me a thing or two I didn’t know I would fall in love with in my new home, if I could change my rating it would be 10 out of 5 Stars, she’s a Top level professional!
