She has tons of energy and gets things done! I literally don’t think she ever sleeps. I was out of state and Kathryn was literally my eyes and ears for this transaction. I had to rely on her judgment for a lot of my decision making. I was not disappointed. Kathryn was extremely helpful in areas outside of real estate. This girl knows people. I didn’t know anyone. No matter what question I had about how I could find something, or get something done, on the rare occasion she didn’t know, she knew somebody who did. She continues to help me even after the house has closed. When I looked at this house with Kathryn, I was staying with my son near Tucson. We walked outside to the front of the house and discussed it. I told her I would like to put an offer in on this house.
