Several months ago I came across the most professional and patient realtor that I have ever met. Edie Womack met with me time after time over the course of 5 months and showed me well over 100 homes across the valley. She wrote several contracts at my request, all of them contingent upon the sale of my home at the time. I initially backed out of a couple for one reason or another but Edie kept on searching like a trooper with me. Finally, I found the right home and Edie helped me get the best deal for just the right price. She kept me informed and stayed in close contact with my lender, the title company and the insurance companies. She made certain that everything that needed to be done was followed through with both the sale and purchase all scheduled on the same closing day. I would highly recommend Edie to friends, family and anyone looking for one of Arizona's finest realtors. Thank you Edie for all of your hard work and dedication.
