My wife and I were left with devastating news April 2025. We now had to deal with a full estate to include the sale of beautiful home. Not being from Prescott Valley we were referred to Matt Hinshaw. This was probably the best recommendation and decision we could have made. Matt was there for us no matter what questions, issues or concerns we had. Matt would answer his phone day or night and even caught him when he was enjoying the outdoors on the weekend, yet he still answered. Matt is a down to earth realistic guy and willing to work through anything, not for himself but for the seller and/or buyer.
