Rehab walked me through this challenging process from the beginning through closing. She helped me navigate the purchase of a smaller new-build home while listing and marketing my much too-large current home. All of this may sound easy until you face the details of deciding and packing what will fit in the new house, selling what won't and making sure the current home is always presentable to potential buyers. However, the real challenge is coordinating and negotiating with the other agent's buyer 'must haves' while allowing me time to move out.

Rehab was constantly looking out for my best interest during the sale and final negotiations for the sale of my home. She gave sage advice and allowed me to make my own decisions about the details of the process.

We were very happy with the service that Rehab provided in selling our house. She kept us well informed during the house selling process and negotiated the best deal for us. We would highly recommend her.
