Jill Cesky knows real estate!!! She knows her market, she know the buyers to market to, and most importantly she knows how to represent her clients. I have used Jill as sellers agent and as buyers agent. She’s a tough negotiator that knows how to get the most for her clients without letting the deal slip away. As my sellers agent, she suggested a reasonable price, pre-marketed the property , used a top notch photographer and videographer that got a full price offer in less than 24 hours of listing it. Others in our community overpriced their property and sat on the market without interest.
