Peggy, went above and beyond what I expected . She was superb in finding a beautiful house for me in a busy market and under a limited time frame. She was incredibly responsive , thorough and an absolute gem to work with. She is an incredible resource and very knowledgeable about real estate in the area. I highly recommend her to anyone and will use her again! Superb!!

Peggy was absolutely amazing! She showed patience and kindness while dealing with my ex- wife and I during a very difficult divorce. My ex-wife surprised me with divorce papers and asked that we sell the house immediately. Peggy's grace and knowledge of the process really helped us navigate the pressure, as well as achieve a much higher price than we expected. She has since help me find and purchase the house of my dreams. She will be my real estate agent for life!

Peggy is very knowledgeable about the relevant real estate market; she is up to date on pricing and home values. I like to have information provided clearly and directly; I don't want to have to guess at what is being said. Peggy is an excellent communicator and is committed to selling a client's house when the owner wants to do it, not when it is convenient for her. She is excellent.
