Bill May did an awesome job of assisting my elderly mother in selling her home. He gave her recommendations on prepping the home, a reasonably priced handyman to repair a few things, and he provided her with a bridge loan to get into an assisted living facility prior to the home sale. He told her exactly how things would go and answered all of her questions. He was always right on target. Straight forward and honest. He even took her oranges from her trees after she moved. He did an outstanding job and kept her informed every step of the way.

Michae was amazing to work with and I'm so happy I took advantage of the referral for her services! She knew exactly the questions to ask me and get me to answer honestly to ensure we found the perfect home. I appreciate her insight and expertise along the way, especially since I hadn't bought a home in over 13 years. She then took all the stress and worry out of selling my current home...we were under contract in less than a week, and closed in a month! I'll highly recommend Michae to everyone I know (or don't know) who is in the market to buy or sell a home!
