Rod is one of the best agents we could have asked for. Not only did he help us purchase a home at a great price but when we had to flip it within a short course, his knowledge and experience came in handy and we were able to close within 45 days! Rod is very sincere, thorough and tactful, some of the qualities hard to find in a real estate agent. His team is fabulous and helped us through the entire process; apart from signing a bunch of papers and having the cash to close we did not have to do anything else! We first met Rod in 1998 thru a mutual friend. We were selling a home in Mesa and met with him. We immediately felt comfortable and entrusted him with the listing. Thru his knowledge and marketing we were extremely happy with the results. He always had time for us whenever that may be and promptly returned messages. We told him what we were looking for and he found our next home. Five years later we called Rod and he sold that home and again found our next home. All told we have used Rod to handle a total of 6 real estate transactions over the last 19 years. The most recent sale generated a great offer within 6 days of hitting the market. We have never been pressured by Rod and there have even been properties he suggested NOT buying. Whether you are buying or selling why not meet with Rod—we are glad we did!
