David is a very skilled and professional real state agent in the Phoenix area, very knowledgeable and very friendly. He was crucial helping us find a great home in this current difficult market, always available, weekends holidays and odd hours. Highly highly recommended. Fantastic experience. I can't say enough about David. We started working with him 2 years ago when we were first looking for a home. He was recommended to us by several of our friends and colleagues who had worked with him previously. We went through the whole search and purchase process with him before the sale fell through a few days prior to closing due to some issues with the seller. At that point we discovered we were expecting our first child and decided to postpone the house search. We went back and worked with David again the following spring but decided against putting an offer on anything since we didn't find a home that we loved. Last week, after working with David on-and-off for 2 years, we closed on a home we absolutely love! David is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate and does a wonderful job of providing you will all of the details you need to make your decision about a property. He's also well respected and liked by all of the various folks we needed to interact with (title companies, seller's realtors, lenders etc). My favorite thing about David is that he is more invested in his clients getting a home they love than making sure he "makes a sale." Throughout our starts and stops he never pushed us to buy and was incredibly gracious when we ended up postponing our search both times. He often said, "I'd rather you walk away from a good house than you end up stuck with a house you're not sure about." At this point he's become a part of our family and if you are searching for a realtor in the Valley, you can't do any better than David. He is exceptional!!

21 years ago David helped me find my perfect home. His guidance, patience (looking at nearly 20 homes), professionalism and assistance were invaluable. When I was ready to move again, I of course had to have David’s expertise. Nothing had changed other than perhaps his increased savviness. David prepared a wonderful and completely thorough binder for potential buyers of my home. That’s probably why it sold after the 3rd showing. David prepared excellent packets for each home we viewed as i searched for the perfect home. After visiting several homes, I again found “my” perfect home. I highly recommend David.
