I can't say enough about David

I can't say enough about David. We started working with him 2 years ago when we were first looking for a home. He was recommended to us by several of our friends and colleagues who had worked with him previously. We went through the whole search and purchase process with him before the sale fell through a few days prior to closing due to some issues with the seller. At that point we discovered we were expecting our first child and decided to postpone the house search. We went back and worked with David again the following spring but decided against putting an offer on anything since we didn't find a home that we loved. Last week, after working with David on-and-off for 2 years, we closed on a home we absolutely love! David is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate and does a wonderful job of providing you will all of the details you need to make your decision about a property. He's also well respected and liked by all of the various folks we needed to interact with (title companies, seller's realtors, lenders etc). My favorite thing about David is that he is more invested in his clients getting a home they love than making sure he "makes a sale." Throughout our starts and stops he never pushed us to buy and was incredibly gracious when we ended up postponing our search both times. He often said, "I'd rather you walk away from a good house than you end up stuck with a house you're not sure about." At this point he's become a part of our family and if you are searching for a realtor in the Valley, you can't do any better than David. He is exceptional!!
