I am (was), a first-time homebuyer and was going through a rather interesting personal life journey. I had interviewed more than 5 realtors, and when I met Jaci, it took halfway through our first coffee meet to hire her on the spot. The knowledge of this city, it's in and outs, it was seeping from her like a fountain of information. Most importantly, was the connection, knowing I was in good hands. Through our 6+ month journey, Jaci was there EVERY step of the way, when I was deciding if I should narrow down or expand my search options. When COVID hit and I was unsure if I should continue, she never pushed, or made me feel rushed, she was there no matter what I decided. When we finally got down to the nitty-gritty of visiting homes, she made sure I knew EVERYTHING about the house without feeling overwhelmed. She made sure to keep an eye out for me as well and really seemed to understand what I wanted, but never overstepped by forcing what she thought was "best" for me. Finally, when it came to the perfect house, she put in so much hard work to make sure I got the house, and with concessions! She was extremely detailed oriented, helpful, and on top of it all. Her ability to get things done are incredible. She is a rockstar.
