I am (was), a first-time homebuyer and was going through a rather interesting personal life journey. I had interviewed more than 5 realtors, and when I met Jaci, it took halfway through our first coffee meet to hire her on the spot. The knowledge of this city, it's in and outs, it was seeping from her like a fountain of information. Most importantly, was the connection, knowing I was in good hands. Through our 6+ month journey, Jaci was there EVERY step of the way, when I was deciding if I should narrow down or expand my search options. Finally, when it came to the perfect house, she put in so much hard work to make sure I got the house, and with concessions! She was extremely detailed oriented, helpful, and on top of it all. Her ability to get things done are incredible. She is a rockstar.

This agent is the best!!! We were under a time crunch on our home purchase; we were living out of state and could only look for homes on the weekend. Jaci made herself available in very short notice and provided all the information that a buyer could need; and she is not afraid of presenting an offer even if it is a little unusual. We wrote multiple offers as the first home fell out due to a low appraisal and she was a trooper thru all the counter offers on the other homes.
