We are so grateful to have met Derek! We started looking to rent, but with the help of Derek and his team. We now own our home! Thank you for all that you do Derek! I'd give you 10 stars if possible and well deserved too. When you start looking for your home, make sure you have Derek on your team. He will do everything possible to get you into your dream home. Thank you Derek!

We will never use another realtor, and if you go with Derek you probably won't either. He moved heaven and earth for us to buy our new home! Not even joking! He was with us every step of the way, his communication was everything you expect to have with a realtor. He stayed on top of everything and never once dropped the ball even when we were ready to give up and throw in the towel, he helped us keep our dream of owning a home alive and now here we are in our new home loving every bit of it and it never would have happened if we had gone with someone else to buy a home. The entire team was amazing! Everyone we worked with was amazing! We get to start a new chapter in our lives because Derek and the team of people who worked with us! They all deserve 10 stars!

The selling of my house was as effortless and quickly as could be but would not be possible without Rachael! She’s knowledgeable and really had my interest at heart. Rachael is the sweetest, genuinely caring person she really wanted the best for me as her client. I cannot thank Rachael enough, that was exceptional service!

She is amazing. I am extremely happy with the purchase of my new home. Thank you Rachel. I would definitely recommend her. Everything went smooth during the process. I got my dream home.
