We will never use another realtor, and if you go with Derek you probably won't either. He moved heaven and earth for us to buy our new home! Not even joking! He was with us every step of the way, his communication was everything you expect to have with a realtor. He stayed on top of everything and never once dropped the ball even when we were ready to give up and throw in the towel, he helped us keep our dream of owning a home alive and now here we are in our new home loving every bit of it and it never would have happened if we had gone with someone else to buy a home.
