She also was usually one step ahead of us with things we were slow to or didn’t foresee. She skillfully worked with the other agent, advocating for us, being just pushy enough, LOL, while maintaining a good professional relationship with seller’s agent, as well as our lender. This resulted in a very smooth process to the end.
