Over the past five years we have bought and sold multiple properties with Braden as our agent. When we want a property that has other bids, Braden knows how to win it for you. When you want to sell a property, he’s got your back, even if there are some minor upgrades that need to be done. He knows where to go to get them done quickly and at a reasonable cost. He is, hands down, the best real estate agent we have ever worked with over the past 40 years and the 13 properties we have bought and sold in that time, the last 5 with him. Simply, the best. Denise knew what we were looking for within our first meeting. She took her time with us as our buying agent and basically had to hand hold both of our transactions across the finish line. Her knowledge of the inspection processes procedures and their rebuttals; especially within the last closing two weeks of the process, was anything but phenomenal. She was absolutely in command of the process. We trusted her insights and her expertise throughout, because she was able to explain and encourage and never pressured one way or another. She earned our trust and respect early on and that is critical for the hardship folks go through when making this kind of decision. She stood out across the entire selling and buying process, for example, we had a real struggle with our selling agent side and without hesitation she was able to advise us when something may have heeded further attention by us and every time she was right. She almost single handily handled both transactions. If it wasn’t for her strong work ethic and strong communication we wouldn’t have closed and we would have lost our earnest money.
