Really! I have worked with Annmarie and her team for several rounds of sales/purchases over past years, and I have never, ever been disappointed. They were referred by a mutual friend years ago, and I have referred them to many friends also! They are knowledgeable, well-informed about the market, friendly, open, and on top of things such that any issues are swiftly resolved to my benefit. They are sweet bulldogs to make sure it's all about me! AND they are well-connected to any service I might need, from financing to housecleaning. I would never consider anyone else!

She came up with the selling price based on the market and how much we spent on remodeling. The price was appropriate, and we were able to close the contract in a month. She handled everything from providing moving boxes, sending a handyman, and cleaning the house professionally prior to pictures. Her work style can be summed up in this sentence she told me.
