Heather went above and beyond keeping everything moving forward and was so patient with all questions and concerns that either I had or the existing tenants. She worked extremely hard to get the best price, minimize any bumps along the timeline, and in the end everyone left the sale happy. When I say Heather is best for the job, it is 10000% true! Our move was completely last minute and things were moving quick; from moving state to state, finding a place to live (& love), to packing and trying to sell our house within a month, it was quite hectic. Since our initial conversation with Heather, we knew we made the right choice. She worked with such efficiency, honesty and determination and the connection was just right! Working as a night shift nurse, I am probably the worst when it comes to attending to phone calls and text messages, but getting updates and voicemails from Heather throughout the days were definitely comforting and she was very understanding/reassuring. We were confident in her to get things done and we wouldn't recommend anyone else!
