Robert was easy to contact and prompt on calling back despite traveling when I initiated the first call. I found him to be very knowledgeable and willing to find the right home that fit my needs. We looked at multiple homes before coming across the home I eventually purchased and Robert was very patient and understanding when it came to taking time to find the home that checked all of the boxes for me. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable hard working realtor who will go above and beyond to find the right home for them. His attention to detail during punch was a great help also. I appreciate Robert having great work ethic and how he continues to help out after the closing.

Great to work with! Responsive. Very helpful and informative. Knows the area well. We are from out of town and he was able to make the long distance transaction comfortable. Showed us over 10 properties and never lost his patience as we waffled in the decision. Supportive but not pushy. Helpful every step of the way. Even after closing! Highly recommend!

On a whim we reached out via Zillow on a property. Robert immediately answered back to the inquiry and within a week we were visiting Havasu to look at several properties. By the end of the day his extended knowledge of the area and real estate in general was very apparent. He also homed in on our needs and preferences and was able to line up several properties to view. Later after leaving town, we felt absolutely comfortable with him viewing other potential properties without use being present. During the purchasing and offer process, there is no question that he was in our corner and not just trying to make a quick sale. Being that we are out of town buyers, he went above and beyond accommodating our needs even when we were not present.
