Where I live realtors are a dime a dozen and houses sell themselves for the most part. That said, the AVERAGE person has to use a realtor. Noreen is great. Super responsive. Listens to her client. Respects their preferences, and has laser focus on taking care of her client.

On a whim we reached out via Zillow on a property. Robert immediately answered back to the inquiry and within a week we were visiting Havasu to look at several properties. By the end of the day his extended knowledge of the area and real estate in general was very apparent. He also homed in on our needs and preferences and was able to line up several properties to view. Later after leaving town, we felt absolutely comfortable with him viewing other potential properties without use being present.
